We make precast concrete panels and elements at our yard in Cardup — the stuff that ends up in bridges, roads and big builds around WA and over east.
We're after people who turn up, work hard, and take pride in what goes out the gate.
We're hiring concreters, formworkers and all rounders.
Tell us which one you are and we'll put you where you're strongest.
Rates are set by level, based on your experience: $40/hr entry level, up to $60/hr or someone who has alot of experience.
Know your way around a yard?
You'll be paid for it.
The work
On site and ready to go at 6:45am.
Depending on your experience, you'll be working as a:
Concreter
— pouring, vibrating, screeding and finishing.
Formworker
— setting up timber and steel formwork, stripping and cleaning finished units.
All rounder
— a bit of everything: prepping and cleaning moulds, placing and tying reo, hand and power tools, running plant if you're ticketed, and general yard duties.
Whichever one you start on, everyone gives the crew a hand when the yard gets busy.
If you're keen to pick up the other trades along the way, we'll show you.
Straight up: it's hot, dusty, physical work.
You're on your feet all day, lifting,



bending and out in the weather.
If that's your kind of day, you'll fit in fine.
What you need
White Card
Own transport — we're in Cardup where public transport is terrible
Able to make a 6:45am start, five days a week
Happy to swap between jobs and take direction from the leading hand
Wear your PPE and work safe, every day
Handy to have (not a deal-breaker)
Concreting, formwork or precast experience
Screeding and finishing
Forklift, dogging, rigging, EWP or working at heights tickets
Can read a basic shop drawing
What you get
$40–$60 per hour depending on experience, paid weekly
Ongoing casual work — not a two-week fill-in
Local job, home every night.
No FIFO, no camps
PPE supplied
We'll pay for tickets for the right person
Concreter, formworker or all rounder — plenty of scope to learn the other side of the yard
