Boggabilla Community Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our small, supportive team in a unique and culturally diverse remote setting.
About the OpportunityBoggabilla Clinic is a nurse-led, community-based health facility located approximately 120 km from Moree and just 10 km from the Queensland border.
As the most remote site within HNE LHD, this role offers a rare opportunity to deliver meaningful, patient-centred care in a close-knit rural community.
Working alongside a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 and Registered Nurses, you will play a vital role in providing safe, high-quality care while supporting the coordination of services across a broad multidisciplinary network.
Operating within a unique cross-border healthcare environment, this position requires strong collaboration with key partners, including Aboriginal Medical Services, hospitals, emergency services, allied health providers, and community organisations.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation,



and evaluation.Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams across NSW and QueenslandSupport care coordination to enhance patient outcomes and continuity of careAssist in organising and coordinating visiting healthcare and allied health servicesMaintain accurate clinical documentation in line with policies and regulatory requirementsContribute to efficient clinic operations, including administrative and appointment management tasks About YouCurrent registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRAStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage respectfully with diverse communitiesProven organisational and time management abilitiesExperience in, or willingness to undertake, administrative responsibilities within a clinical settingAbility to work collaboratively within a small, multidisciplinary teamA versatile and adaptable approach to rural and remote healthcare delivery The Perks At Hunter New England Health enjoy a career where you're challenged by interesting work and surrounded by spectacular locations.
