We're looking for a Speech Pathologist to join a team-oriented allied health team based around Hope Valley.
This is your opportunity to build a career — not just a caseload — with the flexibility to work in clinic, community, home settings, or a hybrid mix.
With a strong paediatric NDIS focus and adult variety, the role is ideal for someone 12+ months post-grad who is ready to deepen their skills and start stepping into senior responsibilities.
You'll be supported by senior Speech Pathologists, weekly supervision, and a two-week structured induction.
What's on Offer
Salary between $85,000 – $115,000 + super, depending on experience Design your caseload: NDIS paediatrics + adults, matched to your strengths Choose your setting: clinic-based, mobile, or a hybrid of both Weekly or fortnightly supervision, plus access to senior mentors Travel reimbursed at national rates and caseloads zoned for balance Transparent promotion pathways — all leadership roles filled internally About the Practice Multidisciplinary allied health team: Speech, OT, Physio, Psych,

Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and SPA registration Minimum 1 year of post-graduate experience WWCC, National Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle Interested?
