We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Casual Club Attendant with Reception Duties to join our team.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a Club and display a high proficiency in Gaming, Food and Beverage and Guest Relations operations.

About the role
Club Attendant responsibilities will include:
Develop strong relationships with our members
Provide drink and food service behind the bar & café areas
Provide information on club activities
Work with poker machines, TAB and KENO
Meet and greet members and guest
Reception responsibilities will include:
Meet and greet members and guests on arrival and departure
Promote our brand and promotions




Check membership cards and enforce Club by-laws and entry requirements
Handle internal and external calls
Initiate membership sign up and renewals
Promotions
responsibilities will include running:
Bingo
Gaming Promotions
Raffles
Member Promotions

Skills and experience:
Experience working in a Club workplace.
Cashier experience highly regarded
Valid RSA/RCG
Proven experience in dealing with difficult situations
The ability to work in a team environment
Experience in adhering to policies and procedures
Ability to make sound decisions and judgments in demanding situations
