Locum Consultant Psychiatrist - Rural Cassowary
A coastal Queensland health service is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to provide support across a rural community mental health service.

This position services rural communities in the Cassowary region - primarily Innisfail, Tully and Mossman.
Hours are Monday to Friday*********.
The position is based out of Cairns 2 days per week and we prefer the consultant attend communities in person the other 3 days however there is capacity to modify this on a case-by-case basis.
Clinic times are usually ********* to allow for travel to and from Cairns within business hours.
On Cairns based days Drs attend to MDTs and VC clinics.
There is 1 registrar attached to this team.
No nights, on call or weekends.
Mix of F2F, overnight accommodation and V/C from Cairns office.
Supported by registrar and GP with advanced skills MH
