Storeperson - Heavy Vehicle Driver
to join our Warehouse & Logistics team, supporting the efficient movement of freight and supplies that keep our world-class island destination operating.
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll play a key role in receiving, storing and distributing goods across the island while operating heavy vehicles and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Your Role
In this hands-on role, you will ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse, including stock handling, safe delivery, and the operation of heavy vehicles.
You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and work as part of a tight-knit team to maintain accurate records, assist with freight movements, and uphold workplace safety standards.

Operate HC or MC vehicles to safely transport freight and supplies across Hamilton Island
Receive, unload,



store and distribute incoming goods efficiently and accurately
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in accordance with safety procedures
Maintain accurate inventory, freight and warehouse records
Support stocktakes, warehouse organisation and inventory control
Deliver exceptional internal customer service while coordinating deliveries across departments
Maintain a safe, clean and compliant warehouse setting
Contribute to continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes
What we're looking for
You're a reliable and safety-conscious warehouse professional with solid heavy vehicle driving experience and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in accurate stock management and work well as part of a collaborative team.
To be successful, you will need:
Current HC or MC Driver Licence
Current Forklift Licence
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution operations
Sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices
Strong communication and organisational skills
A positive, team-focused attitude with excellent attention to detail
Experience using warehouse management or inventory systems
Experience operating additional material handling equipment
Previous experience within hospitality, tourism or remote operations
