About the role
In this crucial role, you will lead the warehouse and
distribution teams in increasing productivity, quality and efficiency in our
Operations system.
To create and maintain a healthy work workplace and
provide support.
To ensure daily targets are met and to improve the Operations
system where needed.

Monday –
Friday, Full Time Permanent
Reporting:
PC Manager - Warana & Currimundi
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in warehousing
and operations managerial level – preferably in a fast-moving environment
Strong leadership skills to lead
warehouse and distribution teams in responsibilities and organizational control
Comfortable navigating necessary
computer systems essential for warehouse upkeep
Ability to analyse situations and
think critically to find solutions and improve internal processes
History of compliance with safety
regulations and best practice safety in a warehouse setting
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage all warehousing process,
stock, inventory and delivery fleet vehicles




Lead and support the warehouse and distribution
team in a fast-moving environment
Monitor and ensure effectiveness of warehouse
equipment and maintenance
Follow
workplace safety and OH&S; rules and ensure staff are following as well
Ensure goods inwards & outwards
efficiency and quality control
