Mont Projects is seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of a commercial construction project in the Northern Rivers region of NSW.This is an excellent prospect for a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering quality outcomes, maintaining high safety standards, and driving projects to completion.
About YouWe're looking for someone who has:Minimum 5 years' Australian experience as a Foreman and/or Site Manager.Strong knowledge of Australian construction practices, safety standards, and building regulations.Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, manage site programmes, and deliver projects on time.Excellent communication and leadership skills.A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
