About the Role
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will be an integral member of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, providing exceptional patient-centred care while contributing to positive health outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering health promotion, education and support to patients, families and carers,
Providing clinical leadership and coordination of patient care on a shift-by-shift basis,
Supporting and mentoring less experienced Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and students,
Contributing to safe and effective strategies for managing challenging behaviours,
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of cardiac care,
About You
You will bring:
Experience caring for patients in an acute cardiology setting,
Strong communication, problem-solving,



negotiation and conflict-resolution skills,
The ability to think creatively, adapt to change and embrace innovation,
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands,
A commitment to teamwork and delivering exceptional patient outcomes
