Ideally located between Sydney and Brisbane, the city also offers easy travel access with multiple daily flights.About the role:This is a rewarding opportunity for an Occupational Therapist with strong case management skills to join a specialist multidisciplinary rehabilitation team delivering high-quality, person-centred care to adults living with brain injury.Working within a community-based rehabilitation model, you will provide and coordinate occupational therapy and case management interventions to clients across the northern region of Hunter New England Local Health District.
