Marketing Coordinator - Skincare brand with Global reach

Founded on the Gold Coast, our products help soothe and support sensitive skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, rosacea and dermatitis, and are now trusted by customers across all around the world.
With new products launching and our retail and international footprint growing fast, we're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the team and help bring our next chapter to life.
The Role
We're after a creative, detail-obsessed marketer who loves getting hands-on with content, campaigns and creative.
You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to support content creation, social media, email marketing and paid media across our global markets.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build real, varied marketing experience inside a fast-moving, purpose-led brand.
What You'll Do
Create engaging content across organic and paid channels.
Manage and schedule social media content across our global accounts.
Assist in building and executing EDM campaigns and flows.
Support the creation and iteration of creative assets for paid social and paid media campaigns.
Help adapt content and messaging for different markets, keeping tone and positioning on-brand in each.




Keep a close eye on detail across all content, from copy to compliance to brand consistency.
Bring new ideas to the table and think outside the box on how we tell our story.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a marketing, content or social media role.
A sharp eye for detail.
Confidence with content creation.
Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms is a strong plus.
An understanding of paid social platforms (Meta) and what makes creative perform.
A creative mindset that isn't afraid to pitch new ideas or challenge the obvious approach.
Strong organisational skills and the confidence to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
A collaborative, can-do attitude and comfort working in a small, fast-paced team.
Passion for natural skincare, wellness or health innovation is a robust plus.
