Opportunities may include: • Architectural Draftsperson• Residential Draftsperson• Senior Draftsperson• Production Draftsperson• Design Draftsperson• ArchiCAD / Revit Draftsperson Depending on your experience, opportunities can range from production and documentation-focused positions through to senior drafting and design roles.
What We're Looking For Ideally, you'll bring: • Previous drafting experience within residential construction• Experience producing accurate working drawings and construction documentation• Solid ArchiCAD, Revit or similar drafting software capability• Understanding of Australian building standards and residential construction methods• Experience working with builders, estimators,



construction teams and external consultants• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects• Diploma, Certificate IV or relevant qualification in Building Design / Drafting highly regarded Experience across custom homes, project homes, medium-density developments, townhouses or multi-residential projects will be particularly valuable.
