Who We Want to Speak With We're particularly interested in Estimators with experience across commercial construction projects including: • Commercial buildings• Education• Health• Industrial• Retail• Defence• Government• Apartments and mixed-use developments Ideally, you'll have experience working with a commercial head contractor or established builder and be comfortable managing tenders from initial review through to final submission.
Your Experience You may currently be working as an: • Senior Estimator• Estimator• Tender Manager• Pre-Construction Estimator• Estimating Manager Ideally, you'll bring: • Proven Australian commercial construction estimating experience• Experience pricing projects from approximately $5m through to $100m+• Strong understanding of construction methodology, programme and buildability• Subcontractor and supplier engagement experience• Tender preparation,



take-offs and cost planning capability• Ability to identify commercial risk and value-engineering opportunities• Strong knowledge of the Adelaide subcontractor market highly regarded• Experience with estimating software such as CostX, Cubit, Buildsoft or similar Most importantly, you'll understand how to put together a commercially competitive tender without simply chasing the lowest number.
