While initially a contract position, there is a strong likelihood of extension as the team continues to expand.
The Role: Reporting to the Global HR Business Partner for IT, you'll become the dedicated HR Advisor supporting employees across Australia, the UK, Dubai and Canada.
This is a broad HR generalist role where you'll manage the day-to-day delivery of HR services while ensuring HR operations run smoothly across the business.
You'll work closely with leaders and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle and play an integral role in supporting a growing global team.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle Coordinating onboarding, offboarding and employment contracts Managing probation reviews and performance processes Providing advice on HR policies, procedures and employee queries Maintaining HR records, reporting, organisational charts and compliance documentation Supporting audits,



leave management and HR administration Working within Workday and other HR systems to maintain accurate employee data Building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple international locations About You: To be successful, you will have: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline Approximately 3+ years' experience in a HR Advisor or HR Coordinator position Strong understanding of HR operations and the employee lifecycle Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday experience highly regarded) Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail A proactive, adaptable and customer-focused approach Strong communication and relationship-building skills Full Australian working rights What's on Offer?
