Hostel G is a comfortable, affordable, accessible boutique hostel offering alternative accomodation for travelers.
Owned and operated by our parent company GCPH Australia, our diverse and vibrant business operates 24/7.
Within this role you will:
manage check-ins and check-outs
take reservations
ensure guest booking requirements and bed allocations are met
organise arrival and departure arrangements
Encourage guest feedback and take action to provide the best guest experience possible
Co-ordinate guest experiences, including behaviour, service level expectations and welfare requirements
Manage the health, safety, and well-being of guests during shifts
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
Make coffee and toasties and serve other small eats




Work a range of rostered shifts, including morning, afternoon and night where you will deliver exceptional guest experiences
