Mine Surveyor | FIFO 8/6 | 12-Month Contract
Our client is seeking an experienced Mine Surveyor to join a major mining operation on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth.
This is a 12-month contract supporting a significant Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) construction project, offering the opportunity to work with an experienced technical team on a large-scale mining development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide survey support throughout the construction phase of the TSF project
Complete daily and weekly survey set-outs and pickups
Establish and maintain survey control for construction activities
Deliver accurate survey data to Technical Services and project teams
Complete volume calculations and end-of-month reporting
Monitor prism systems to support safe and efficient construction works
About You
Minimum 5 years' experience in mine surveying
Previous experience supporting Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) construction is highly regarded
Diploma of Surveying (or equivalent qualification)
Experience using Vulcan Envisage
UAV/drone operation experience and relevant licence is advantageous
Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Current WA Manual Driver's License
