About the Role
Are you an organised and proactive coordinator who enjoys bringing people, projects and training programs together?
Lifeline WA is seeking a Training Coordinator to join our Workplace Training team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week, Monday to Thursday).
In this role, you will coordinate the delivery of Resourceful Mind, an award-winning peer support program developed by Lifeline WA in partnership with the Chamber of Minerals and Energy WA.
The program helps build mentally healthy workplaces across the resources sector by equipping workers with practical skills to support their peers and contribute to safer, more connected workplaces.
You will also support the delivery of Psychologically Safe Futures in Mining, an innovative pilot program developed in partnership with Curtin University WA School of Mines.
The program aims to equip future mining professionals with the knowledge and skills to help create psychologically safe and mentally healthy workplaces from the beginning of their careers.
This is an opportunity to combine your administration and coordination skills with meaningful work that creates a positive impact across Western Australia's resources sector.
Key Responsibilities




Coordinate the delivery of Resourceful Mind workshops
Manage participant registrations, training schedules and trainer allocations
Liaise with trainers, clients, participants and industry stakeholders
Monitor program outcomes and support reporting against key performance indicators
Maintain training records, databases and learning management systems
Support marketing, promotion and stakeholder engagement activities
Ensure a high-quality participant experience from enquiry through to workshop completion
Coordinate administrative activities for the Psychologically Safe Futures in Mining pilot program
Support broader Workplace Training team activities as required

About You
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and enjoys building positive relationships with clients, trainers and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Experience coordinating training programs, projects or similar activities
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confidence working independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficiency using Microsoft Office and administrative systems
A genuine interest in mental health, wellbeing and community impact
Qualifications in administration or a related field are desirable, and experience within an RTO, training, or education environment will be highly regarded.
