Key Responsibilities
Oversee subdivision, road, and civil infrastructure projects from commencement through to completion
Lead site crews and subcontractors across multiple work fronts
Drive safety, quality, productivity, and programme outcomes
Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Coordinate daily site operations to achieve project milestones and client expectations
About You
Proven experience in a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar leadership role
Strong background delivering subdivision, road,



and civil infrastructure projects
Extensive knowledge of civil construction methodologies and site operations
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple work fronts simultaneously
Strong communication and organisational skills
