We are hiring a Full-Time Chef at Maranello Cafe & Restaurant Pty Ltd T/AS Cafe Maranello to join our friendly, fast-paced team.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Chef who can consistently deliver high-quality, well-presented dishes while maintaining excellent kitchen standards, food safety, and teamwork in a busy service.

Work closely with the team to support efficient service Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation, cooking and presentation.
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during service.
Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimise food wastage.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety regulations.
Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials.
Maintain productive kitchen operations during busy service periods.
Qualification & experience Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Chef At least Certificate IV in Kitchen Management or equivalent Knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety standards Passion for quality food and consistency Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment About Company
