THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the day-to day administration of our busy office.
This is an excellent prospect for a proactive professional who enjoys taking ownership of their role, improving processes and supporting a dynamic team.
Working closely with management, you will play a key role in ensuring the office operates efficiently while providing administrative support across multiple areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day to day operations of the office.
Assist with answering incoming phone calls when required.
Oversee administrative systems and office procedures.
Provide administrative support to the management team.
Assist with HR administration, onboarding and staff coordination.
Maintain office supplies, equipment and supplier relationships.
Support directors with business administration and special projects.
Assist with compliance, document management and continuous process improvements.
Coordinate general office administration and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
To be successful in this role, you will have:
15+ years experience
Previous experience as an Office Manager, Practice Manager or Senior Administrator.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach with exceptional attention to detail.
Confidence managing multiple priorities and solving problems.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Experience with MYOB, MYOB Advanced or similar accounting software will be highly regarded.
Previous bookkeeping or accounts experience will be viewed favourably.
