You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival through to departure.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a resort environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Skills & Experience
Previous hotel front office experience highly regarded
Knowledge of RMS or similar PMS
Strong communication and professional telephone manner
Good computer skills (Word, Excel)
Ability to work a adaptable roster including evenings and weekends
Well presented with strong organisational skills
