We're seeking experienced Blast Crew Operators to join a high-performing Drill & Blast team on a major iron ore operation in the Pilbara.
These are long-term opportunities with consistent work, excellent rosters and the potential to transition to permanent employment.
The Role
Conduct blast hole QA/QC checks Load, prime and stem blast holes Assist with charging and tie-in activities Set up and maintain blast exclusion zones Complete pre- and post-blast inspections Operate and maintain blast equipment in accordance with site procedures Work safely as part of a cooperative Drill & Blast team Requirements Minimum 2 years' Blast Crew experience in an open pit mining environment WA-based, FIFO from Perth or Busselton Current C Class Manual Driver's Licence HR Driver's Licence (highly regarded)
