We are partnering with a well-established and growing finance brokerage seeking a motivated Broker Assistant to join their team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the entire loan process while working closely with industry professionals, with a clear pathway towards becoming a Mortgage Broker in the future.
Your new role Working alongside experienced finance professionals, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end loan application process while building strong relationships with clients, lenders and referral partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the preparation and submission of financial applications.
Managing loan applications through to settlement.
Maintaining and updating client records and databases.
Liaising with clients, lenders and referral partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Providing regular updates to clients on the progress of their applications.
Supporting client interviews and onboarding activities.
Identifying and promoting new lending opportunities.
Assisting with compliance and administrative requirements.




Providing operational support to the Directors and broader team.
Acting as a professional point of contact for clients and industry networks.
Supporting reception and administration functions when required.
What you'll need to succeed Degree qualified in Finance, Commerce, Business or a related discipline (or nearing completion).
Passionate about finance, lending and property.
Eager to develop a career pathway towards becoming a Mortgage Broker.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
Customer-focused and professional.
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proactive, driven and keen to learn.
