About you
You are:
A registered NDIS Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner
Passionate about neuro-affirming and strengths-based practice
Experienced in developing a range of behaviour support plans




Skilled in functional behaviour analysis and SMART goal communication
Experienced in co-design, collaboration, and environmental improvements
A confident report writer, with strong IT skills and ability to critically analyse, synthesise, and communicate and present information in an accessible and professional manner
Or perhaps you are a PBS-aligned sector colleague with skills in the above, and a passion for, and deep knowledge of PBS.
You'll have:
Tertiary qualification in a relevant allied health discipline (Psychology, Developmental Education, Positive Behaviour Support, Counselling, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work etc.) or Education
Creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
Passion to self-determine how, when, and where you provide supports to meet the needs of people who choose your supports.
Undergone a Behaviour Practitioner capability assessment through NDIS Commission, and have a Behaviour Practitioner Registration number
Knowledge of NDIS systems, supports, and funding arrangements
Own transport (Spectrum Collective will provide laptop and phone)
Eligible for, or have a NDIS Worker Screening check, National Police Check and DHS Working with Children Check (or equivalent).
