About The Role

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Mid-Level WordPress Developer to join our team, with a strong focus on Elementor-driven builds.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality WordPress websites that deliver exceptional user experiences.
You'll work closely with our Design Lab team, project managers, and clients to translate creative concepts into responsive, performant, and visually polished digital outputs.
Whilst your core focus will be on WordPress and Elementor development, you'll also contribute to broader digital execution and optimisation across projects.
About You
We are looking for a team player who has:
3–5 years' experience in WordPress developmentStrong proficiency with Elementor Pro, including Theme Builder, agile content and custom fieldsSolid understanding of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+) and PHPExperience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)



and custom post types/taxonomiesStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independentlyExcellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outputsGreat communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a teamEagerness to learn, grow and stay current with emerging web technologiesEligibility to work in Australia
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain custom WordPress websites using Elementor Pro, including complex layouts and dynamic contentDevelop and customise WordPress themes and child themes aligned to brand and project requirementsCreate reusable Elementor templates, sections, and global widgets to support scalable design systemsImplement responsive designs that perform seamlessly across desktop, tablet and mobile devicesIntegrate and configure plugins such as ACF, Gravity Forms, WooCommerce, Yoast SEO and WPMLWrite clean, maintainable custom CSS, JavaScript and PHP to extend functionalityTroubleshoot bugs, plugin conflicts and cross-browser compatibility issuesCollaborate with designers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of UI/UX designsManage staging and production environments, including deployments and backupsStay up to date with WordPress, Elementor and broader web development trends
Desirable skills
Experience with WooCommerce customisationFamiliarity with Git-based workflows and deployment toolsUnderstanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and SEO fundamentalsExperience working within a creative or digital agency environment
