About the role:
This is a full-time, permanent position in our Used Vehicles team where your sales results translate directly into commission, meaning the harder you work, the more you earn.
Your day-to-day will include:
Guiding customers through the used vehicle buying journey from initial enquiry to handover, building relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Presenting and demonstrating vehicles in a way that matches each customer's needs, giving you the satisfaction of making the right match every time
Managing your own pipeline of leads across walk-in, phone, and online enquiries, so no two days look the same
Working closely with the finance and administration teams to ensure a smooth, professional delivery experience your customers will remember
Contributing to team targets in a supportive workplace where your individual contribution is recognised and celebrated
About You:
You bring a genuine interest in people and a track record of achieving results in a customer-facing sales role.
More about you:
Previous experience in automotive or high-value retail sales gives you a head start in this role
A current Queensland driver's licence is essential for conducting vehicle demonstrations
Strong communication skills mean you can build trust quickly and handle objections with confidence
You are organised and self-motivated,
managing follow-ups and your own schedule without needing close supervision
Comfort using CRM systems and digital enquiry tools will help you hit the ground smoothly in the Frizelle Sunshine Automotive environment
