Nioka Steakhouse located on the Honeysuckle boardwalk, is Newcastle's Premium Steakhouse serving beef sourced from our Nioka Farm located at the foothills of the Barrington Tops.

We are looking for a
seasoned floor supervisor and experienced waitstaff
who have the background, knowledge and passion to join our dedicated team for an
immediate
start.

Successful candidates will:
Be reliable and motivated
Have a sound knowledge of and passion for positive food and beverages (including wine knowledge) while providing great customer service
Be very well presented and well spoken
Enjoy working as part of a tight-knit team in a busy environment
Understand that flexibility and working weekends and public holidays are an integral part of the role




Must haves:
Relevant industry experience (fine dining preferred)
Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Accreditation
Australian Citizenship
Floor Supervisor position is full-time.
Casual positions are available for waitstaff.
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
You will be working with a driven and passionate team and part of one of Australia's most exciting family-owned operations.
