Customer Service Consultants who will support our customers through their insurance journey with unparalleled empathy and efficiency.

What you'll be doing:
Manage customer enquiries and complaints from first contact through to resolution
You'll support customers approaching renewal, guide them through their options, and empower them to make confident decisions about their cover.
You'll identify opportunities to improve policies, address any concerns or questions, and showcase the value of staying with a trusted provider.
Working collaboratively with your team and contributing to a positive, high-performance culture
Meeting KPIs including quality assurance, customer retention and Net Promoter Score
Important Information (Please Read Before Applying):
Employment Type: Permanent, full time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: Highly competitive salary plus generous monthly incentive scheme
Location: An engaging, in-office role based in our cutting-edge new Adelaide office with awesome end-of-journey facilities.
Start Date: Monday,19 October **** – ready to start training off with a bang!
Working Hours: Dynamic rotating roster, Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, plus 1 Sat shift every 3 or 4 weeks.
