Recruitment Officer – NDIS & Allied Health Recruitment

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join our national Talent Acquisition team, specialising in NDIS and allied health recruitment.
The Opportunity
This role is suited to an experienced recruiter who has worked within the NDIS, allied health or broader healthcare sector and understands the challenges of recruiting clinicians in a competitive market.
You will partner with leaders across the business to recruit Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Physiotherapists and other allied health professionals across Australia.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment role where you'll manage multiple vacancies while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of NDIS and allied health positions nationally.
Source, screen and interview high-quality candidates.
Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple clinical disciplines.
Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding and compliance requirements.
Partner with hiring managers to provide recruitment advice and market insights.
Maintain accurate recruitment activity within recruitment systems.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
About You
To be considered for this role, you must have:
✅ Previous recruitment experience within the
NDIS, allied health or healthcare sector
.
✅ Experience recruiting allied health professionals such as Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Physiotherapists or similar clinical roles.
✅ Proven success managing high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced workplace.
✅ Strong sourcing skills using SEEK, LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
✅ Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
✅ The ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers while managing multiple priorities.
