About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced
Casual Educators
to join our teams across our 7 family owned services.
Locations are Dayton, Joondalup, Woodvale, Harrisdale, Success , Canning Vale and Baldivis.
This is a
casual position
offering flexibility and variety in your work schedule.
As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to children in our centre.
You will work collaboratively with our permanent team to create stimulating, safe and supportive learning environments where children can develop and flourish.
This role is essential to maintaining the quality of care and educational experiences we provide to the children and families we serve.
What you'll be doing
Providing protected, nurturing and developmentally appropriate care and education for children across various age groups
Planning and implementing play-based learning experiences that support children's physical, cognitive, social and emotional development




Building positive relationships with children, families and team members to create a welcoming and inclusive centre environment
Supporting children's independence, self-regulation and social skills through guidance and encouragement
Maintaining accurate observations and documentation of children's learning and development
Ensuring the centre environment is clean, safe and well-organised in accordance with health and safety standards
Communicating regularly with families about their child's progress and engaging them in their learning journey
Contributing to the implementation of the centre's educational program and policies
Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional standards and early childhood education best practices
What we're looking for
Current Early Childhood Education and Care Diploma or equivalent recognised qualification
Current First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
Working with Children Check clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting children's development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families




Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
Commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety and hygiene
Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the needs of children and families
Understanding of contemporary early childhood education practices and the importance of play-based learning
Demonstrated experience working with children in an early education or care setting
