Now, we're investing in the next stage of our business by building a dedicated consulting division, and we're looking for the right person to help shape it from the ground up.
This isn't a role where you'll simply produce reports.
You'll have genuine influence over how our consulting services evolve, the standards we set, and the impact we make across Perth's urban forest.

What You'll Be Doing
• Preparing arboricultural reports for schools, mines, businesses and private customers
• Conducting tree risk assessments and practical management recommendations




• Developing training material for Certificate III and Diploma Arboriculture courses
• Delivering internal training to keep crews at the forefront of best practice
• Conducting quality audits on operational work to maintain Arbfirm's standards
About You
• Diploma of Arboriculture (or currently working towards it)
• Demonstrated experience in an arboricultural consulting or similar role
• Solid knowledge of tree biology, pruning practices and pest/disease management
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted client relationships
• Passionate about improving the industry and protecting Perth's urban canopy
