What your day to day will look like:
Getting out from behind the desk and on the road, with client meetings across Perth's key industrial hubs including Welshpool, Kewdale, Henderson, Osborne Park, Wanneroo and many more.Meeting face to face with candidates ranging from junior through to senior level,



predominantly within the Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing market, while also covering Marine & Defence, Transport & Logistics, Civil Construction & Infrastructure, and Commercial ConstructionA genuine mix of cold and warm business development, building new relationships as well as growing existing onesManaging the day to day flow of client and candidate queriesSourcing across multiple live roles simultaneously, so no two days look the sameAttending industry networking events and, as you grow in the role, running your own client or candidate events
We're ideally looking for someone who has had experience within agency recruitment and is looking to take that next step in their career by joining a specialist agency, with a view to progressing toward Senior Consultant or Account Manager.
