Because we are small and premium, our team works differently — everyone moves across the property to keep the guest experience feeling personal, calm and beautifully run.
If you have worked on luxury yachts, in private residences, in boutique accommodation, high-end restaurants or bars, this will feel familiar to you.
About the role
This is a genuine all-rounder role — and that's what makes it interesting.
In a single shift you might welcome a guest, prepare their coffee, mix them a cocktail in the lobby lounge later, refresh a room ready for a turndown, replate a breakfast tray, or top up the pool towels.
Every task ties back to the same thing — making a guest feel considered.
We are upfront about it: presentation and light room work are part of this role, alongside front-of-house and F&B.;
This is the standard in luxury boutique properties and on luxury yachts — the people delivering the service also protect the presentation.

What you will be doing
• Welcoming guests, supporting check-in and departure, and creating an arrival that feels personal — not transactional.
• Preparing and serving beverages — coffee, wine, beer, cocktails — and supporting breakfast, lobby bar, poolside and in-room service.
• Supporting apartment presentation — room resets,



turndown, amenity placement, linen and towel refreshes.
• Keeping the lobby, corridors, pool surrounds and shared spaces looking as considered as the rooms.
• Anticipating guest needs, handling requests warmly, and passing preferences clearly to the wider team.
• Following RSA, food safety, allergen awareness and WHS procedures every time.
What you will bring
• Warmth and polish — you make people feel welcome quickly and naturally.
• Genuine flexibility — you're happy moving between front-of-house, bar, breakfast and room presentation across one shift.
• An eye for detail — the glass on the table, the towel out of place, the guest waiting a moment too long.
• Calm under pressure and clear communication with the team.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Previous experience in luxury hotels, boutique accommodation, luxury yachts, private residences, restaurants, bars or cafes (highly regarded).
Certificates & training
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) — WA: Required before serving alcohol.
• Food Safety Handler Certificate: Highly desirable — support provided to obtain.




• Barista experience: Desirable — training provided where required.
• Chemical handling and manual handling: Provided on induction.

• A competitive hourly rate, above the applicable Award, will be offered to the successful candidate based on their skills, experience and attributes.
• Applicable weekend, evening, night and public holiday penalty rates apply, as per the Hospitality Industry (General) Award ****.

You must have full working rights in Australia (Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or a valid visa with unrestricted working entitlement).
