TCM are located at Beverley and is well established in the commercial building sector, with further growth in our minor and major projects division.
We are seeking an experienced Paver/landscaper to join the expanding TCM team, to undertake the following.
Paving and site prep including use of small excavator.
Steel cutting and small fabrication
Light demolition
Site clean ups.
Truck driving and deliveries
Assisting carpenters on site.
General laboring including fencing and small landscaping work
Mig, Oxy and Arc Welding
The applicant will require the following:
Welding/Steel fabrication experience preferred.
Experience in paving and site set up.
Truck licence
Forklift licence
Bobcat/Excavator licence .
Have a minimum of 2 years experience.
Hold a Construction White card




Ability to work unsupervised plus as part of a team.
Attention to details along with excellent customer skills.
Hold a current drivers license.
Have or be able to obtain a Working with Children's Check and National Police Clearance.
Be able to work both autonomously and in a small team.
Possess a positive attitude and solid work ethic.
Have a good base of general construction knowledge.
