About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure Specialist to own and optimize our core technology environment.
This is a broad, generalist role where you'll work across servers, networks, cloud, security, and end-user systems—keeping everything running smoothly and securely.If you enjoy wearing multiple hats, solving complex problems, and building resilient infrastructure, this is for you.
What You'll Be DoingManage and maintain core IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud platforms)Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability across the environmentAdminister Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory environmentsSupport and optimize cloud and hybrid infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and network issuesImplement and maintain security controls, backups, and disaster recovery processesCollaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver infrastructure projectsProvide Level 2/3 support and escalation for complex technical issues
What We're Looking ForCore SkillsExperience as a System Administrator,
