We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive
Recruitment Partner
to join our support services team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying talent, and helping people find meaningful careers.
While the primary focus is recruitment, there will be opportunities to gain exposure to broader HR activities and develop your career within the people and culture profession.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior HR Partner & Business Development Manager, you will coordinate recruitment activities across our healthcare network, supporting the attraction, selection and onboarding of both clinical and non-clinical employees.
You will work closely with Practice Managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, source quality candidates, and ensure an exceptional recruitment experience from initial enquiry through to commencement.
As part of a small and supportive team, you will also have the opportunity to become involved in broader HR initiatives, employee lifecycle activities, projects, and process improvement work.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of clinical and non-clinical roles
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
Coordinate advertising, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding
Build strong relationships with hiring managers across multiple sites
Provide a positive and qualified candidate experience
Maintain recruitment records, databases and reporting
Assist with employment contracts and onboarding documentation
Support workforce planning and recruitment campaigns
Contribute to people and culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Gain exposure to broader HR activities and employee lifecycle processes
About You
We are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including recruitment, talent acquisition, administration, healthcare, customer service, or people-focused roles.
You will bring:
Previous recruitment, talent acquisition, coordination or administration experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems
A genuine interest in people, culture and HR
