About the Role
As part of a professional catering team, you'll prepare quality meals for mining and remote workforce communities.
You'll work in large-scale commercial kitchens where organisation, teamwork and consistency are essential to delivering outstanding service every day.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-volume breakfast, crib, lunch and dinner services
Deliver quality meals for large workforces in a fast-paced environment
Operate buffet-style service efficiently and professionally
Cater for dietary, allergy and cultural requirements
Maintain high standards of food safety and HACCP compliance




Keep kitchens clean, organised and audit-ready
Work rotating day, night and split shifts as required
Essential Requirements
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
Proven experience in high-volume or bulk catering environments
Solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
Current WA Driver's Licence
Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last four months – Clear)
White Card
Full Australian working rights
Currently residing in Western Australia
Available to mobilise at short notice for FIFO assignments
