About the Role
Reporting to the Coordinator – Facilities Management, the Contract Manager – Building Maintenance plays a critical role in the effective management of building maintenance service contracts, ensuring Shire-owned buildings and facilities are maintained to a high standard, safely and efficiently, and in compliance with all contractual and legislative obligations.

Inspection, Auditing & Quality Assurance
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
About You
You bring Relevant qualifications in Contract Management, Building Trades, Facilities Maintenance, or a related discipline plus you have proven experience in managing contracts, including budget monitoring, cost control, and financial reporting.
Other applicable skills and experience:
Regulatory Awareness of relevant legislation, building regulations, OH&S; requirements and safe work practices.
Written & Oral Communication demonstrating effective and clear communication skills, with a collaborative approach to building relationships and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Data & Numeracy skills across the MS Office suite and experience working with spreadsheets, budgets, and performance metrics to inform decision making.
