About the Role:
We're looking for a positive, talented person who would be responsible for the construction of custom Solar Distribution Board's, and other electrical and mechanical products alongside our manufacturing & engineering team.
Full time role 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday, based in Cairns at our head office.
You will be constructing, assembling, and wiring switchboards and other electrical products.
You'll work closely with our engineering and sales teams to ensure the right products are manufactured to all the relevant standards.
This is a fast-paced role working on a wide range of products, so ability to ensure accuracy while meeting deadlines is critical to success.

Occasional site visits for troubleshooting or installing data logging meters
Selection Criteria:
Electrical Fitter / Mechanic qualification
QTP qualification not required but seen as advantageous
Forklift license not required but seen as advantageous
Switchboard building experience not required but seen as advantageous
Proficient with the use of hand & power tools
High level of attention to detail
Computer skills (intermediate)
Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a busy and dynamic work environment
Ability to learn quickly and operate effectively in a small team setting
Commitment to following processes and contributing to improvements




Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
Technically minded, with interest expanding skills and knowledge
Must have full unrestricted working rights in Australia, and a current driver's licence
