Job Description
About the role
Reporting to the State Manager you will be responsible for pharmacies within your territory, out on the road visiting your stores, ensuring your customers are feeling well supported.
Territory includes Adelaide CBD and southern suburbs.
There is also a bi-annual Darwin trip and country travel to Mt. Gambier and Mildura.
Your sales targets will be your focus, but this is balanced with excellent customer service and relationship building.
You will represent well-known brands including Bioglan, Medlab, Redwin, Rosken, Skin Doctors, Quality Health along with others.
Manage sales and budgets,



achieve targets and drive growth, within your allocated territoryVisiting customers in your territory (usually 6 per day)Ensure all customers are aware of new products, upcoming promotions and cycle dealsPlan and implement 12 week Territory cycle plansBuild product range and volume to ensure there is good coverage of all products in all storesImprove product positioningAdminister orders, keep updated with customer contact details and order historyCoordinate promotions and cataloguesTrain pharmacy staff members on new and existing product range as neededPlan window or instore displays/promotionAttendance required to relevant conferences and sales meetingsLiaise with internal sales and provide ongoing feedback relating to all relevant customer information

About you
You enjoy taking ownership and striving for your individual targets whilst also being part of a supportive and connected team.
Ideally you will have the following:
A minimum 2 years' experience in field sales within pharmaceutical or other industry An understanding of retail pharmacy sales Solid selling skills Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to understand and achieve targets Solid rapport building and interpersonal relationship skills Strong planning, organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work autonomously Highly motivated
