Job Description
Crescent Spring Pty Ltd We are seeking an experienced and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our friendly and professional team.
Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for: Providing qualified facial and skincare treatments tailored to clients' individual needs.
Conducting skin consultations and recommending suitable treatment plans and skincare products.
Performing beauty treatments including facial cleansing, exfoliation, masks, waxing, eyebrow and eyelash treatments.
Providing body treatments and other professional beauty therapy services.
Monitoring clients' treatment progress and maintaining accurate treatment records.
Ensuring treatment rooms, equipment and beauty products are maintained in accordance with hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
Providing excellent customer service and building long-term client relationships.
Working collaboratively with massage therapists and other team members to deliver a comprehensive wellness experience.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have: A relevant Certificate III qualification or at least three years of relevant industry experience.




Experience in providing professional beauty therapy and skincare treatments.
Sound knowledge of skincare products and beauty techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A professional, reliable and positive attitude.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
