Grocery 2IC (Full-Time)
Support the Grocery Manager in leading a high-performing team while delivering exceptional merchandising standards, stock availability, and customer service.
Bakery Supervisor (Full-Time)
Lead our Bakery team by coordinating daily production, maintaining quality standards, supporting team development, and ensuring a well-presented, customer-focused department.

What You'll Be Doing
Grocery 2IC
Support the Grocery Manager with the day-to-day operation of the department
Coach and develop team members
Maintain excellent merchandising standards and stock availability
Drive department standards, presentation, and operational excellence
Assist with rostering, stock control, and team performance
Bakery Supervisor




Support the Bakery Manager with daily department operations
Lead and develop a productive, customer-focused team
Coordinate production schedules and product availability
Maintain food safety, quality, and presentation standards
Drive efficiency, teamwork, and exceptional customer service
You'll Bring
Previous supermarket, bakery, or retail leadership experience
Strong communication and people leadership skills
A hands-on, lead-by-example approach
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A passion for customer service and team success
