Newy Girls Football Academy is growing, and we're looking for an organised, energetic
Academy Coordinator
to help deliver high‐quality football development programs for girls aged 6–15.
This role blends
session support, administration, communication, and junior coach supervision
.
You'll be part of a values‐driven team committed to creating solid development pathways for young female athletes.
What you'll do
Support delivery of training sessions at Myers Park (Adamstown) and Club Merewether (Merewether)
Coordinate weekly operations, communication, and player onboarding (remotely)
Supervise junior coaches and uphold child‐safe practice
Assist with clinics, events, and competition coordination
What you bring
Experience in football coaching (community, development, or youth)
Strong organisational and communication skills




Ability to work independently in a fast‐paced community sport environment
Availability for Monday and Wednesday evenings (with future expansion to three nights)
NSW Working With Children Check + driver licence and insured vehicle
What we offer
$***** per hour + superannuation
Approx.
$22,971 per year (15 hrs/week, permanent part‐time)
Mileage reimbursement for approved work‐related travel
