Lead a high-performing aged care home
We are seeking an experienced
Facility Manager
to lead the day-to-day operations of our residential aged care facility.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong people leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care, building engaged teams, and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities and Duties
Lead the overall operation of the facility
Oversee clinical, quality, and compliance outcomes
Manage budgets, occupancy, and financial performance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders
Skills, Attributes, and Experience
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is desirable
Previous Facility Manager or senior aged care leadership experience
Strong understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards
Experience managing teams, budgets, and operational performance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Passionate about delivering person-centred care
Essential requirements:




National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current unrestricted WA Driver's Licence
