An opportunity is available at one of Perth's finest retail seafood markets, for an experienced fish filleter; or a butcher who is looking for a change.
We are looking for people who are passionate about working with only the best seafood, paired with exceptional customer service in the retail industry.
For butchers seeking a career change, training will be provided.
The Filleting-Role predominately entails, but is not limited to:
Fish filleting and Processing of fish and seafood (scaling, gutting etc...).
Maintaining a high standard of food health and Safety, and clean work area
Working as part of a team to achieve the required duties of the day.
Providing professional and friendly customer service when required
Working collaboratively with current managers to achieve goals around sales, customer service, efficiency, quality control etc.

CRITERIA:
Minimum 2 years proven experience and knife skills in filleting/seafood processing, or within the butchering industry
Strong moral compass and good work ethic.
Able to adapt and accommodate to work within a team effectively and harmoniously.
Good communication skills.
Physically fit - able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20kg, and work in cold environments
Must have working rights in Australia (we CANNOT offer Sponsorship)
