Key Responsibilities:
Define and govern the OT platform architecture, target-state roadmap, and modernization strategy for electricity grid management platforms (SCADA, EMS, ADMS, WAMS, DERMS, DDLR, MTA).
Lead platform assessments, architecture reviews, solution design, fit-gap analysis, and technology recommendations for utility transformation initiatives.Design integrated OT/IT architectures by enabling interoperability between grid platforms, enterprise systems, cloud services, data platforms, AI/GenAI, and cybersecurity solutions.Provide technical leadership and stakeholder advisory for grid modernization programs, ensuring platform resilience, scalability, high availability, and regulatory compliance.Support presales activities including RFP responses, solution development, reusable assets, architecture governance, and thought leadership for utility clients.
Skills Required:
15+ years of experience in OT Architecture, Grid Operations Technology,



Enterprise Architecture, or Digital Transformation within utilities or asset-intensive industries.Solid expertise in GE GridOS and electricity grid management platforms including SCADA, EMS, ADMS, WAMS, DERMS, DDLR, MTA, and related OT technologies.Hands-on experience in OT platform modernization, architecture design, integration, governance, and OT/IT convergence for mission-critical environments.Solid knowledge of real-time grid operations, telemetry, network modelling, operational data flows, high availability, disaster recovery, and OT cybersecurity.Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, presales, solution architecture, and executive communication skills with the ability to deliver strategic transformation roadmaps.
