Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates by analysing project plans and specifications.
Manage and grow your portfolio of commercial clients, leveraging existing relationships and generating new opportunities.
Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather measurements.
Build robust partnerships with architects, contractors, and facility managers.
Present tailored flooring solutions to clients and close sales to meet targets.




Collaborate with team members to ensure projects meet requirements and deadlines.
Complete and submit tenders for commercial flooring jobs.

Proven experience in commercial flooring and building estimation
