Support Worker Position
Description
As a support worker at Premium Home Care Services, you'll take a person-centred approach as you look after the emotional, physical, social and cultural needs of our participants.
You'll be an advocate for the elderly and disabled in our care, promoting their dignity, independence, fulfilment and privacy.
You'll work closely with our participants and staff to create trusting, qualified relationships while closely adhering to all statutory and regulatory obligations, PHCS procedures, policies and guidelines.

Requirements
NDIS Worker Screening CheckCertificate III in Aged or Disability care (or be working towards)First Aid and CPR TrainedCovid Vaccination
