About the Role
You will be carrying out a variety of commercial maintenance and service work across Perth, primarily within:
Commercial buildings
Industrial sites
Strata properties
Facilities maintenance contracts
This is a wide-ranging role where no two days are the same, working alongside a skilled and friendly team that takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.
Essential Requirements
Current WA A Grade Electrical Licence
Current WA Driver's Licence
Construction White Card
2+ Years Work Experience in Commercial Maintenance Electrical Field
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Minimum
2 years post-trade experience
Experienced in commercial maintenance or service work
A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
Reliable, punctual and well presented
Able to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
Takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
Motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
