Due to this continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Fleet Sales Manager
to lead and expand our fleet sales division.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced fleet professional who enjoys building strong business relationships and identifying new opportunities across government, corporate, small business and salary packaging markets.
About the Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing all fleet sales activities across Hyundai and Chery, while driving profitable business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
You will be taking over a pre-existing fleet data base, managing existing clients, whilst increasing acquisition.
This is a full-time position based in the heart of the northern suburbs and comprises of a 5-day working week.
The Dealership has a very loyal customer base & receives an extremely high number of referrals from past and present customers.
This position is available to an experienced sales consultant that would have an exceptional understanding of the vehicle sales industry,



with a strong preference of a Hyundai sales background in new cars.

Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing a strategic fleet sales plan.
Building long-term relationships with local businesses, government departments, community organisations and corporate clients.
Identifying and securing current fleet opportunities through proactive business development.
Advising customers on EV and Hybrid vehicle suitability, charging options and ownership benefits.
Promoting fleet servicing, maintenance plans and aftersales support.
Managing the complete fleet sales process from enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
Preparing quotations, tenders and fleet proposals.
Coordinating vehicle supply, delivery schedules and customer communications.
Working closely with the Finance & Insurance, Service and Parts departments to provide complete fleet solutions.
Maintaining an active sales pipeline and ensuring accurate CRM records.
Representing Peter Page Hyundai & Chery at networking events, trade shows and community functions.
Achieving monthly sales, profitability and customer satisfaction targets.
About You
To succeed in this role you will have:
Previous experience in fleet, commercial or business-to-business automotive sales.




A proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Outstanding relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Strong prospecting and business development experience.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple customers and opportunities simultaneously.
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Strong computer literacy and CRM experience and Dealer Management Systems ie Pentana
A current unrestricted driver's license.
Experience with Hyundai, Chery or other franchised automotive brands will be highly regarded but is not essential.
